This website is provided for customers who need to update the dates of their Acer Products' warranty and/or setup multiple products for repair. You can check the warranty of your Acer product by visiting our Product Information page prior to submission.

Instructions

Please ensure that the image is of your proof of purchase and meets the following requirements before submitting, or it may cause updates to be delayed or possibly denied:

It is a printed receipt from an authorized reseller (hand-written receipts will not be approved)
We will only accept the follwing image types: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PDF, PNG, TIFF
The image is less than 4 MB in size
The image must clearly display the following information:
- Place of purchase including any store IDs or Numbers
- Description of the item and the price which was paid
- Form of payment (you may cover Credit Card information)

Proof of Purchase *	The image you are uploading.
Owner's Name *	The first and last name of the owner of the product you are registering.
Owner's Email Address *	Owner's email address.
Owner's Phone Number *	Owner's phone number.
Owner's Address *	Owner's physical street address. No PO boxes.
Date of Purchase (MM/DD/YYYY) *	The date printed on the receipt on which you purchased the product.
Serial Number / SNID *	The serial number of your unit. This number may not be listed on the receipt but will be printed on your unit. Please refer to this instructional page for more information.
Case Number (#####U)	If one was provided to you by your customer service representative.
Special Notes	Any aditional information you feel you need to provide us with to better process your Proof of purchase. Limited to 1000 characters.

Thank you for taking the time to register your Acer products. This page is design for organizations that have large or continuous quantities of Acer products that need to be serviced or registered. If you have less than 5 devices you can register them by clicking the "Switch to single" button below and repair services can be setup on our Customer Self Service page.

To ensure that your request is handled quickly we ask that you download the Bulk Service and Registration form below. Once you have filled out the spreadsheet you can upload it at the bottom of the page.
